RM or CS team?
There's no shame in playing just for fun, but if you want a serious community you'll need players who can play for keeps and play well. I guess this tournament can be a start, but I'm doubtful.
This tournament is for both CS and RM. I don't want to talk about skills for CS or RM. For me both are equal and with some practice anyone can master it.
Indian community for real is in CS:GO and Dota 2 to be honest. But we don't have those in Voobly. So, i am hosting this tournament for all the Indian's with a cash prize to play Age of Empires : II The Conquerors and have fun. Specially for all the Game-Ranger guys who have no idea about Voobly and it's so useful features.

Even vaibhav didn't sign up. It's hard to organise tournament's where you have such low participants.
I made this tourney Free and for Rs 4400 as cash prize but looks like Indian community is officially dead or too busy to play. Well, i guess we will have to come with some other idea then to revamp the Indian CS community.
Very few people on Voobly actually read forums, let alone the Community forums that are under other ten major other sections. For RM tournaments, you should always use the AoCZone forums to get attention. Though, I think there is no cure for the lack of players from CS side.
