Abstract: This is a game that tests the vocabulary of the players. Goal: To come up with an appropriate word (refer to rule #1). Victory: When the thread dies, the last person to have posted a word (as applies to rule #1) is the victor. Rules:
1. You must post in this thread a word that you believe can be associated with that of the previous post by a participant. The word must not have been used in the last three pages.
2. The first post in the thread is exempt from rule #1
3. A subsequent post is a participant post if it complies with every rule (the thread starter resolves all disputes)
4. If the thread starter doesn't play his/her role properly, then a new thread may be created with the title "Word Association (cont)" or "Word Association II", which will decide the victor of this game. The thread starter is then the creator of the new thread.
5. If the thread is locked, then the starter of the thread gets automatic victory.
6. The thread starter must choose a starting word that is to be associated with by the word of the subsequent participant post. The starting word is displayed in the following format "Starting Word: ".
7. If the thread starter decides that a word is inappropriate, then he or she may choose to consider the respective post a non-participant post.
8. Have fun.
9. The thread starter may amend the Victory and Rules sections to his or her liking. Each new phrase must be preceded with "(NEW)". Each removed phrase must be replaced with "(REMOVED)". These indicators may be removed after a week has elapsed.
9a. However, rule #4 may be invoked upon any rule change. When creating the new thread the rule set before the latest amendment must be used. Any disputes without evidence between the thread starter and another person about the matter of the earlier rules sides with the thread starter.
9b. After a change to the victory section, the thread starter cannot win. If the victory section is changed to not allow anybody to win, then it must (under penalty of rule #4) be rewritten to become "When the thread dies, the last person to have posted a word (as applies to rule #1) is the victor".

I think I remember the rules saying no using outside sources, so googling a word isnt allowed, so your word is disqualified!
